Customers are provided the option to pay for the services rendered by BigTac through one of the following methods:

2.1. Any refund request for the following circumstances will not be processed:
2.2. Subject to paragraph 2.1 above, if there is an over-charge of the parking fee payment, Customers may request for a refund for the over-charged amount. Customers may either (i) reach out to the Parking Operator located at the premise; or (ii) contact our Customer Support Team at customerservices@thebigtac.com.
2.3. Customers intending to apply for a refund may be required to provide us with the following information in order for us to process the refund application:
